Andreea Stoica

Born In Bucharest in 1981 Andreea Friedmann Stoica started to play piano at the age of five.At the age of six she was accepted to the Conservatory of Music (Lyceum) George Enescu  in Bucharest as a leading student in the piano class being considered a wonder child. At the age of 12 she have her Orchestral Debut as a soloist in Mozart Concerto for piano with “Bucharest Orchestra”.
After her orchestral debut she have been engaged in concert  tours and recitals all over Europe and Japan. She followed master-classes In Italy , Germany, Korea and The Netherlands, with world leading pianiasts like Maurizio Pollini,Constantine Ionescu Vovu, Andre Previn and many others.She finished the Bucharest Music University in 1999. Starting 1996 she enlarged her musical orizont with chamber music who later become a fundamental part of her career.
Toghether with her brother violinist Razvan F. Stoica, they formed an inseparable duo (“Stoica Duo”) that brought performances in Europe, USA, and Japan. The Concert performances and the discography of “Stoica Duo” cries out for superlatives from the critics as well as from the audience.
