Gal De paz

Born November 1986. She emerged from the body and soul of Gal De paz. Singing, performing and writing/composing music since the age of 10, there was never a doubt in her heart she will make nothing but music for the rest of her life.
Starting up her first band in high school, performing in mini concerts with other teen age bands, and mainly at school yard between lessons. Singing led zeppelin, Janis Joplin, Aerosmith, pink Floyd and other rock giants, merged with her own original music on stage, made her fall in love with genre and never letting go.
At the age of 17 she got accepted to ׳Rimon Music School' and by the middle of her first year there, being the youngest student at the music university, she won first place at the
prestige competition of the school, which gave her a scholarship for the year after. There she started her second band and again, sang songs by the giants who influenced her the most, And with her new band "the Bell Bottoms".She toured the country with the show and left nothing but love and new fans behind. At the age of 19, and by her third year in 'Rimon' she met her future husband and producer Ariel Keshet (one of Israel's finest producers). They started working together and after two months moved to a house of their own, And not a long time after, the two got engaged. A few months before their wedding she received a phone call from a women telling her that her biological father died from a heart attack. By that time she started her 3rd year at the music university.While work on her debut album with her band and with Ariel, she decided to leave the music school saying: "in art too much education can be bad for you". She started writing her first album, in Hebrew, although she grow up on American and British music only ( Loretta lynn, Johnny cash, Janis Joplin, Queen, Led Zeppelin, Aretha Franklin, Aerosmith... ) she wanted to be recognized by her own people in her own language. They started A tour with the Album, and first signs of fans started to show up. The album got the best revues an artist can ask, and all of the country and rock stations played the new singer. The main radio stations didn't get the idea of rock and country music in Hebrew, which was something new and fresh in the view of the Israeli music. After releasing her debut album in Hebrew she felt more then ever she does not belong there. She was a 60's hippie rocking chick who sang rock'n'roll in 2010's israel. After the debut album's Turing, radio interviews and promoting ended she decided Not to waste another second and start working on her next album this time - in English. Like she Always dreamed and wanted.And then Goldie came to life. The rocking, fashionista, fearless performer and song writer who doesn't give A F**k about nothing, She formed a new band, keeping her lead guitarist and of course her keyboard player/ producer/ husband, And together they wrote the new Goldie AlbumExplicit.They plan on moving to the U.S of A and with them will come the music of Goldie, The New Lady of Rock N Roll.
