Kyriaki Vidali is a guitar player and composer.At the age of 14 she startet to play classical guitar.After some years her love for improvisational music made her take lessons at the modern school of music.(Giorgos Fakanas music school.)
After a few years of practicing the blues and jazz language she started to work as a musician playing around in different projects.
She also participated in a lot of seminars such as Scott Henderson ,David Weckl, Mike Stern,ect
In 2008 she got accepted in the Royal School of Music in the Hauge(Holland).There she studied jazz guitar with Eef Albers,Wim Bronnemberg Martjin Van Iterson .her piano teacher was Eric Gieben and combo teachers Erik Ineke Niels Tausk.during her studies she got the opportunity to meet inspiring musicians from around the world She had the opportunity to also participate in a lot of workshops like the one of Peter Bernstein,Gregory Hutchinson,Armen Donehlian Mike Manieri,David Liebman John Roccu and many more.
Special projects:big band project(arranging and performing)
After she finished her studies she returned to Athens,Greece where she is currently working as a teacher and performer.Her love for different music styles made her a flexible guitar player.
Kyriaki is currently touring with her personal project The Groove Elation performing her original tunes.
