Noam first met the Blues when he was 18. He started exploring this world, studying and learning from whatever records he could find around the country. During the next few years he played both electric and acoustic Blues with several bands before moving to Chicago in 2006. There he had the chance to expand his musical feeling and after a while he played the Blues clubs in and out of the windy city.
After coming back to Israel, he established the 'Noam Dayan Blues Band', playing soulfull blend of traditional Blues, Gospel, Soul and Jazz. The band is playing on stages across Israel and considered to be one of the leading groups of authentic Blues in the country.
Noam “preaches” the Blues spirit to Israeli audiences on his electric performances with the band as well as on solo performances in which he turns to the acoustic sounds of the Delta Blues and the roots of the genre.
In 2013 he released his debut album "A Whole New Land",an acoustic album in the Delta Blues tradition. The album recieved good reviews and a lot of airplay in different radio stations. Alongside performing, Noam also teaches Blues guitar and does educational projects concerning the Blues.
