René Avich Wanton, Santiago de Cuba, November 5, 1989 Graduated with
Gold title Guitar Tres specialty at the University of the Arts in Havana (ISA).
From a young age he began receiving awards such as:
Mention as a featured artist at the Miguel Matamoros Son Festival 2006.
-2008 Ignacion Piñeiro Award 2008 as best guitarist of the year.
-2011 Musicalia, awarded by the University of Arts de  Cuba (ISA), as the best composition of the year.
-2011 Cubadisco Award as best guitarist, improviser and knowledgeable about styles of Cuban music.
-Award Young Artistic Creation 2013 granted by the (AHS) Asociación
Hermanos Saiz.
-2014 Cubadisco Award in the category of (popular traditional music) with the CD "Jóvenes Treseros de  Cuba."

He was musical director of the renowned Troubadour Eduardo Sosa, and
with it participated in several important events and toured around the country, also
participated as arranger and performer of his latest album "Mañanitas
Montañas "it was nominated Cubadisco 2014.
Is among the members of the ALL STAR project, "Buena Vista troubadours", in which he developed
a successful tour of Caribbean countries as French Guyana, Martinique, Guadeloupe and
Surinam.
It was guitarist for the legendary band of  Salsa "Elito Revé y su Charangón", touring in Europe and America.
This musician has several ways of expressing and various forms of
orchestrating his compositions, one of the most recurrent is the duo of guitar and Tres, this
work is done by the outstanding guitarist Javier Castellanos.
He has shared the stage with other figures of music in Cuba and the world, as Branford Marsalis, Chucho Valdez, Mayito Rivera, Juan Formell and Los Van Van,
Beatriz Marquez, Cesar Lopez, Sones de Oriente, Compay Segundo Group, Pancho Amat and
Cabildo del Son, Frank Fernandez, Julio Padrón, Key Set and Guaguancó, Changüí
Guantánamo, Pepe Ordaz Manuel Agudín, Sara González, Marta Campos, Kiki Corona, Amaury
Pérez, Augusto Blanca, Augusto Enrique, Mayito Ribera, Keicel Jimenez, Emilio Morales,
Barbarito Torres, Alexander Abreu, Pepe Ordaz, Orlando Valle (Maraca), José Miguel Grego (El
Greco), Jorge Reyes, Pancho Terry, Tata Guines, Cotó, Papi Oviedo Symphony Orchestra
National, Alexis Bosch, Rolando Luna, Miriam Ramos, Sory, Emilio Frias, Enrique Pla, Jo Gaston
Jazz, Rodnie Barreto, Son 14, Trovarroco, Jane Bunnet, Gary
Bensson, Eduardo Sosa among others. Besides being invited to different recordings in the
