Stanislav was born in Moscow, Russia in 1980, and is already establishing himself as an exciting
performer on Russian and International stages.
His recent performances include singing the roles of Caliban and Neptune in The Tempest by Henry
Purcell at the Menshikovsky Palace in St. Petersburg, Russia (15th of Auguts 2013) with the Baroque
Chamber Music Ensemble Prattica Terza under conductor Arif Dadashev.
In May 2013 he sang the title role of Vivaldi's Titus Manlius for the first time in a concert at the
Menshikovsky Palace in St. Petersburg with the Baroque Capella Golden Age under the baton of
Maestro Alexander Listratov.
He sang in the world premiere, performing the roles of Alcaeus and Theseus in The Marriage of Iole
and Heracles by Leonardo Leo in February of 2013 at the Tchaikovsky Chamber Concert Hall in
Moscow with the Baroque Music Ensemble La Voce Strumentale under conductor Dmitry Sinkovsky.
In March of 2013 he sang the role of Adam in The Creation by Haydn at the Opera House “Northern
Venice” in St. Petersburg.
In June of 2008 he sang Caesar’s role in Julius Caesar by Händel at the Pokrovsky Chamber Musical
Theatre in Moscow under director Boris Pokrovsky and conductor Lev Ossovskyi, and later, in
November of that year, he sang the role of Palitsin in the first russian oratory Minin and Pozharsky
by Degtjarev with the orchestra of the Schnittke Moscow State Institute of Music under the baton
of Maestro Sergey Kazulin.
Stan’s recent international engagements included a tour of Spain, (Malaga, Marbella, Seville), Italy
(Milan, Florence, Rome) and Greece (Athens, Loutraki, Pyrgos) performing a concert of pieces of
Handel, Schubert, Verdi, Saint-Saens, Gershwin, Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov, summer 2009.
In 2010 he took part in the Festival of Music Baroque in Rachmaninov Hall of the Tchaikovsky
Conservatory with the Ensemble of the Department of Early and Contemporary Performance Art,
under conductor Dmitry Sinkovsky, singing arias from Handel’s operas.
In 2010 he graduated from the Schnittke Moscow State Institute of Music, studio of Professor
Margarita Shadrina, Honours Degree.
Stan sang in the 2007 Christmas Music Festival, performing the bass solos in Schubert’s Mass in G
Major in the Small Hall of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory, with the State Academic Chamber
Orchestra of Russia, under conductor Konstantin Orbelyan.
In 2004 he appeared in the title role of The Marriage of Figaro at the Opera Theatre of the Moscow
conservatory with maestro Pavel Lando.
In 2003 he performed the role of Emperor in Stravinsky’s opera The Nightingale at the Young Actors
Musical Theatre with maestro Anatoly Levin.
In 2002 he made his debut at the Sheremetev Palace in Moscow in the roles of Apollo and Nerillo in
pasticcio of operas by Cavalli: L'Egisto, L'Ormindo and La Calisto, with Antique Music Collegium of
Moscow Conservatory Collegium Musicum, under maestro Oleg Chernishov.
In 2000-2003 he studied at the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (GITIS), (Class of Soloist of the
Bolshoi Theatre, professor Vladimir Matorin) under course director Rosetta Nemchinskaya.
Stan graduated from the Gnessin State Musical College with a degree in Piano in 2000 with
Professor Irina Naumova.
His repertoire also includes roles such as Sarastro in Die Zauberflöte by Mozart , Holländer in Der
fliegende Holländer by Wagner, Amonasro in Aida by Verdi, King René in Iolanta by Tchaikovsky.
